These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pool cleaning and maintenance services provided by CAF Pool Services LLC ("CAF Pool Services," "we," "us," or "our"), and your interactions with us, including by phone, text message, and this website.
CAF Pool Services provides residential pool cleaning and maintenance services, including routine cleaning, chemical balancing, filter cleaning, algae treatment, and seasonal opening/closing, in Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, and nearby areas of Broward and Palm Beach County.
Service frequency and scheduling are arranged directly with you when you sign up for service. We'll do our best to notify you in advance of any changes to your scheduled visit.
Payment terms are agreed with you at the time you sign up for service. Please contact us if you have questions about your account or an invoice.
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from CAF Pool Services, you may receive messages such as appointment confirmations, schedule reminders, service updates, and responses to your questions, at an estimated frequency of up to 20 messages per month.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAF Pool Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or communications with you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
